TEDGlobal 2010: And Now the Good News

The annual TED Global conference is an event that showcases ideas and projects from the most creative minds in the world. Speakers at TED Global will explore the theme of "And Now the Good News," uncovering the vivid stream of good news, ideas, science, technology, art, and ways of thinking that is often obscured by today's sensationalist headlines.
The TEDGlobal 2010 will be held over the course of four days in Oxford. Special activities will include TED University pre-conference sessions where attendees share their areas of expertise, exclusive visits (London, Bletchley Park, etc), evening évents and parties, and a farewell picnic and punting.
The short, inspirational talks will be broadcast on the internet for free over the coming months and years.
TED (Technology, Entertainment, Design) is a non-profit organization that aims to spread ideas in the interests of global knowledge and inspiration.
