Luxury hotel chain Fairmont has partnered with Abbey Road Studios, the iconic recording studio made famous by the Beatles.
As part of a new collaboration announced January 12, guests at the hotel chain will be offered exclusive experiences at Abbey Road, which famously featured on the front of the 1969 Beatles album of the same name.
In a statement, the hotel chain said that its guests would be able to enjoy 'once-in-a-lifetime' experiences ranging from behind-the-scenes studio visits to recording their own songs at the studios.
In return, the brand announced that The Savoy, perhaps London's most famous hotel and one that is managed by Fairmont, will be helping the studios out with a refurbishment project. A design team from The Savoy will be helping to add a touch of its signature style to the Abbey Road Studios lounges, the firm said.
Hotels seem to be embracing music more than ever before as a new way to connect with guests, whether it's appointing a Global Music Director like W Hotels or staging intimate gigs in hotels like Renaissance.
