Delaire Hotel and Spa

Situated in the winelands of South Africa on the highest crest of the Helshoogte Mountain Pass, the Delaire Lodges and Spa offers ten lodges opening onto wooden decks with views over the vineyards.
In November 2003 Laurence Graff, Chairman of Graff Diamonds International Ltd acquired the estate, immediately putting it into a six-year redevelopment program of being transformed into a leading world-class winery, restaurant, hotel and spa.
Laurence Graff re-opened the estate in June 2009, with the restaurant designed by David Collins, and the Tasting Lounge where guests are given various options to experience the Delaire range of wines.
The Delaire Lodges and Spa is opening June 11, 2010. Each of the ten lodges, also designed by David Collins Studio, features its own private heated infinity pool, and double volume ceilings with exposed timber trusses and custom designed furniture created exclusively for Delaire.
