Farewell to FIFA World Cup 2010
After the 2010 World Cup matches came to a close Sunday, with Spain taking the top prize in the final game, South Africa celebrated its success as the event's first African host nation. Highlights from the closing events included dazzling fireworks, an appearance by Nelson Mandela and the Spanish team feting the country's first-ever World Cup championship.(AFP)
