1. PREAMBLE
These terms and conditions apply to any visitor (an individual who accesses the site without being a subscriber), to any subscriber and more generally to all users of the THE SQUEEZE site.
Each subscriber when subscribing must accept these THE SQUEEZE site terms of use.

Each subscriber will be presumed to have accepted, due to the fact of having used the site, those possible modifications that THE SQUEEZE reserves the right to introduce at any time, unilaterally, and without justification.
All subscribers must accept such modifications, or cancel their account without right to dispute the modifications made.

2. TERMS OF SUBSCRIPTION

On registering with us, you are obliged to give full and accurate information about your identity.
At the time of subscription, the subscriber must choose a user name (preferably the first name and family name), password and e-mail, which must be used in order to access certain, restricted parts of the Website. The subscriber alone is responsible for his/her password, his/her personal space and the use of his/her account: the subscriber undertakes not to disclose his/her password to any third party, and to warn THE SQUEEZE immediately if use by a third party is suspected.
THE SQUEEZE reserves the right to modify site subscription terms without either prior justification or notification.

3. ACCOUNT CANCELLATION

Subscribers are free, at any time, to cancel their account without prior notification or justification.
In the event of disagreement with settlement modifications and/or the operation of THE SQUEEZE, subscribers may terminate their account and renounce all claims regarding THE SQUEEZE.
THE SQUEEZE reserves the right to suspend or cancel the account of a subscriber without any justification and with immediate effect without prior notification.

4. THE CONTENT OF THE SITE IMPLEMENTED BY THE SQUEEZE

THE SQUEEZE reserves the right to modify the content of the site without prior notification.
THE SQUEEZE reserves the right to possibly implement paying services the running costs of which could vary.
THE SQUEEZE reserves the right to implement at a later date, online sales services or advertising links towards other sites.

5. THE CONTENT OF THE SITE AND THE BLOGS OF SUBSCRIBERS
Subscribers alone are responsible for the content of their pages.
We do not monitor, verify or endorse information submitted by third parties for posting on the Website and subscribers should be aware that such information may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
Subscribers may not use the THE SQUEEZE site for paid or special interest commercial or publicity ends, in any form whatsoever. Any information or recommendations supplied by subscribers regarding third party services are free of charge and are for information purposes only. The sole possible commercial or publicity roles of the site are those which have been previously agreed by THE SQUEEZE.

It is strictly forbidden for users to invade privacy (disclosure of facts or personal data, photos etc…) or to make libellous or defamatory statements.

It is strictly forbidden to solicit, from other subscribers, personal information, which is contrary to the spirit of the site.

It is strictly forbidden to facilitate, or create mailings or spams.
Content and subjects, which are illicit, illegal or contrary to moral standards, are strictly forbidden. By way of examples, and without this list being exhaustive, the following subjects and content:
• Pornographic or contrary to accepted standards.
• Encouraging discrimination, hatred and racism.
• Encouraging violence or harassment.
• Encouraging illegal, illicit or criminal activity.

THE SQUEEZE reserves the right, without having to produce justification, to suppress without notice and prior notification all content considered contrary to these terms.

6.INTELLECTUAL, INDUSTRIAL OR COMMERCIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The copyright in the material contained in the Website, together with the website design, text and graphics, and their selection and arrangement, belongs to THE SQUEEZE.com. All rights are reserved. None of this material may be reproduced or redistributed without our written permission. You may, however, download or print a single copy for your own non-commercial off-line viewing.
The subscriber undertakes not to publish in his/her personal pages, or on any other support, or any other content, any information, any document, any photo, all music or texts to which copyright or more generally the right of intellectual, industrial or commercial property belonging to a third party or another subscriber applies.

The subscriber alone is responsible for possible infringements regarding copyright or more generally rights of intellectual, industrial and commercial property, and will be considered liable for any eventual consequences. The subscriber guarantees that no claim will be made against THE SQUEEZE resulting from infringement of intellectual, industrial or commercial copyright.

When the subscriber submits material and/or photographs he/she is allowing THE SQUEEZE full and unlimited rights to use that material and photographs together with his/her chosen user name. THE SQUEEZE is entitled, as part of its service, to copy, publish, make public and, where necessary, make available (online, access and broadcasting rights) his/her reviews and photographs, to store that material in databases and edit he subscribers material and photographs in as much as this is necessary for graphic reproduction or editorial reasons.

It is forbidden to use the name and logo of THE SQUEEZE.
It is forbidden to copy, sell, and publish the web pages or any content of the site irrespective of its nature.
It is forbidden to use THE SQUEEZE for any illicit or illegal purposes.

7. ABSENCE OF THE SQUEEZE RESPONSIBILITY

We use reasonable endeavors to ensure that the data on THE SQUEEZE is accurate and to correct any errors or omissions as soon as practicable after being notified of them.
To the extent permitted by applicable French law, we disclaim all warranties and representations (whether express or implied) as to the accuracy of any information contained on the Website. THE SQUEEZE is not responsible for information exchanged on the site, is not responsible for the content of the site, and does not guarantee content or reliability.
THE SQUEEZE has no due care obligation regarding site content verification.
THE SQUEEZE is not obliged to modify or suppress content from the site which is contrary to the present regulations, which constitute an offence or invasion of privacy, or is generally contrary to legal, or accepted, moral standards.
The fact that THE SQUEEZE does not take advantage of a possible shortcoming by one of its subscribers concerning one of his/her obligations can not be interpreted as being a renunciation of the obligation concerned and to later waiver to this lack both as far as the subscriber, and any other use, is concerned.

THE SQUEEZE is not responsible for the implementation and consequences of agreements and/or contracts signed between subscribers and/or third parties as a result of information acquired directly or indirectly on the THE SQUEEZE site.

THE SQUEEZE is not responsible if the content the profile of the subscriber and/or his/her publications is copied and used elsewhere other than on the site.

8. GUARANTEE OF THE USE and COMMUNICATION OF HIS/HER PERSONAL DATA

In the event of a dispute, a complaint or claims made against THE SQUEEZE, which result and/or which could be caused, directly or indirectly, by the behavior or a publication by a subscriber or more generally of a user, the said subscriber or user shall guarantee THE SQUEEZE, its partners, its officials, its associates, from any resulting consequences, directly or indirectly by the litigation and/or the circumstances.
In the event of a dispute, a complaint or a claim made against THE SQUEEZE, THE SQUEEZE may use and refer to a third party, personal information given by the use and/or the subscriber, especially his/her name, address, IP address, etc…
The subscriber shall compensate THE SQUEEZE for any loss, injunction, compensation, conviction, or consequences arising from the implementation of THE SQUEEZE responsibility, irrespective of it nature.

9. SUPPLY OF SERVICES

THE SQUEEZE is not responsible for possible failures, suspensions or interruptions of supply of service(s), for which THE SQUEEZE does not guarantee the terms of use.

10. COMMENT POLICY
The Squeeze does not publish third parties’ comments on articles.The Squeeze will only delete comments when they are abusive, profane, off topic, self-promoting, or spam like in nature.

11. COOKIES
